Our People
The Directors Con Calameri, Alvaro Manuel Gil De Matos have in excess of 90 years of combined experience in training people to develop, administer, empower, promote, support and facilitate in areas of fitness, security, occupational health and safety as well as numerous other training needs. Our training in administration, communications, and legal compliance is second to none and is recognised Australia wide. We currently have training being conducted throughout Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland and overseas in Indonesia, Timor-Leste and the Philippines.
CEO/Administration
Con was an officer in the Western Australian Police Force for in excess of 30 years. His experiences in all areas of policing and training during an exemplary police career, followed by being actively involved in the security industry has given Con a great deal of experience and skill in not only law enforcement but also security and other related industries. His reputation for maintaining and promoting a high standard in training and other achievements will ensure the training provided is of a high quality, up to date and more than appropriate to the requirements and needs of the industry standards.’
Business Development & Training
Alvaro (Mannie) runs the Business Development Section as well as some training. He speaks fluent Portuguese and has a wealth of knowledge in training and associated skills. Mannie has been involved in Security Operations of all levels for the past twenty plus years and is a leading exponent in many forms of martial arts and unarmed defensive techniques.
